Anyone else noticed low pitching repetitive noise coming from the train yard for the past three days non stop? It is unbearable. Any ideas if they are doing maintenance or something else and when it is going to end? Phoned city by laws for noise complaint, they said they have no power/authorities over what's going on in the train yard.
