Building demolish on 11th

Went down princess today and seen they were tearing down the building at 148 11th which was the ywca. The building looked well kept on the outside. Does anyone know what they are tearing it down for and where did the ywca move to. I know the building 1 block west that is demolished was due to a fire.

I heard there were structural issues in the basement and it was beyond repair. They should end up in the next building south on the corner.
