Kids must be rich to be able to buy and throw eggs. LOL
I realize the actions are not pleasant and frustrating.
Chances are they are not “kids” as I define them. Probably older than 16. More likely 18 and over.
Drinking may be a factor. If their driving indicates this I would call in suspected drunk driving. Cops are very quick to respond to this.
