Is there any enclosed area where I can take a couple of small dogs to run around in for say half an hour or so where there are absolutely no big dogs? I can’t walk them in the park I live next to because most dogs there are not on a leash even though there are signs that say dogs must be on a leash. I guess people don’t think it applies to their dogs. Anyway, I have had a couple of close calls when I tried to walk them there, Same thing on the street when you run into a big dig on a leash that a person can’t control. So I have to find some kind of enclosed area where I can just take them myself. Was thinking maybe a hockey rink with a closed door and then I can let them go there and just pick up after them if they have to do their thing. I’m not sure but most rinks I think don’t allow dogs. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The dog park on the north hill has a specific small dog part fenced off inside, so it's almost two parks inside one. But you would have to go through the main part to get to the small dog park, which could potentially be an issue depending how busy it is.
