    Time to fog for Mosquitoes

    Time for the city to fog for mosquitoes so we can enjoy the summer evenings. Was in the east end and they are beyond horrible. Years past the city has jumped on this pretty quickly, hopefully they can do it again.

    It’s based on trap numbers.  
     
    Westend, I haven’t noticed many mosquitoes at all.

    We have lots of mosquitoes possibly because of standing water at the corner of Fred Brown Way and 18th Street. Would be great if they could spray for them.

    There are a lot places in Manitoba which do not fog and are dealing with mosquitos. Yes, mosquitos suck but that comes with Summer. Let the bats, dragon flies et al do their thing.

    Fogging needs a daily average across traps of 1000 or one trap over 2000. All eyes on tomorrow’s reading…
