What a filthy mess east of 18th and west of 13th, Brandon should be ashamed. Too much to just pick up and keep walking and appears to be some kind of medical records.

A lot of that is coming from the bins located at the south east corner of the keystone grounds where they have community recycling bins. You should look at the east fence of the grounds they are packed with trash. It’s the same near all of the community recycling/garbage and green bins in town.

...maybe you should get out there and clean it up rather than berating an entire city for something only a small minority are actually responsible for.

I wonder if community service folks could pick up garbage ?

Soon enough you won’t have to look at it . It will be covered in snow . Out of sight out of mind . Find better things to do than cry on here . No one cares . Hence why you don’t see anyone out there . Worlds going to shit anyways . Just ride the wave .

Gather some of your friends, grab some garbage bags, fill them with garbage, take them to the landfill. Instead of complaining take some action!
