It got too depressing to continually read about "What bothers you" . It was interesting to know you were not the only one thinking about something but I believe it is time to look the other direction.  
 
What do you like about the people in Brandon? Have you witnessed or received a random act of kindness lately? Did you see some teenagers working for a better community?  
 
I heard a compliment that has to be passed on to the proper people. My daughter's grade nine class was reading aloud in French when the teacher declared that their enunciation and accent were wonderful and a pleasure to listen to. Please tell the teachers at New Era that they did a wonderful job.  
 
My mother had a medical scare recently and the health care system in Minnedosa, Brandon and Winnipeg have to be commended in the excellent care they have given her.  
 
I like to thank the home owners that have put out Halloween decorations. I have been too busy but it does make our city more interesting.
