Banning Talking on Cellphones while driving

Thank God the province has decided to look into Banning cellphone use while driving..l've seen so many women (and men) yaking on their cellphones while driving..
If someone cuts you off, goes through a red,or a crosswalk if you look,they are usually talking away on their phone and not paying attention to the road..
Way to go Drew !!
