Ok, so I was going down firts street just off Richmond and all you can see right now is billowing plumes of something coming out of the stack at the paving company.  
 
Driving on first, you are raising a cloud of this stuff, and there is a parking lot where the cars are covered in this stuff.  
 
I am no scientist, but it is easy to see that you should not be breathing this stuff in, it is a farly fine particultate and I am sure it is bad in your lungs. There are kids walking by as well.
