Brandon Parents: Ideas for Mini U Winter Program?

My name is Ivah Gallagher and I'm the coordinator for Brandon University's non-profit Mini University summer camp program. After this summer's huge success and record numbers of participants, we have been planning on expanding our program to offer winter courses in January through March. We are aiming at ages 9 to 15.
We would really like to get some feedback and ideas from Brandon parents to see what kind of educational and fun programs they would like to see in Brandon.
We have plans for the following courses, and would also like to gauge possible interest in them:
-Young Creative Fiction Writers
-Outdoor Education (with Geocaching)
-Demystifying Math and Making it Fun
-Claymation/Computer Animation
Courses would consist of four or five 3-hour sessions held weekly on Saturdays and possibly school PD days.
Any ideas and feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
