City toboggan hill on North Hill

I spotted this large white glow on the North Hill, like a beached whale...and wondered what it was.
so driving up the hill, by the Sportsplex, a bright row of lights shows a large toboggan run with a couple of lighted Christmas trees on the top.
Awesome.
Not sure if you park at the top, just off Braecrest or park at the Sportsplex and walk up... but looks like an excellent spot and design by the City.
