New this year will be a food drive. At each pavillion there will be a drop box where attendees can bring canned/boxed goods, etc.
Also new is a school program. Four lucky schools will get the chance to visit four of the pavillions (Iceland, England, First Nations & Metis) on the Friday. The first four schools to express interest after Jan 6 will be the ones chosen.
The bus system will be in place again this year, with two busses using City Hall parking lot as a home base to take people by the pavillions on each of their respective routes.
They are looking for volunteers. Anyone interested can contact Tom at 729-2171 or t.keep@brandon.ca
Looking forward to it as always!
