People selling gift certificates

Is it just me or does it bug others when people try to sell gift certificates for a few dollars less than face value? Sure its a savings regardless, but if you received it as a gift why post the price so high? I personally am not interested in buying a $30 gift card for $25, or a $1000 gift card for $975!!
