Is there a history to the naming of the new sledding area on the north hill? It is called according to the Brandon Sun “Hanbury Hill”. As I understand it the naming was on a public input basis, school kids or something. It would have been nice (and perhaps I missed the explanation) to have had some sort of write-up as to the opting for the chosen name, some history in other words. I think Hanbury was the name of a ….furniture manufacturer, lumber mill or woollen mill in Brandon’s earlier days, which one, Robert, I’m sure you know. Is that the reasoning behind the name?
