So I'm driving my daughter home from school today and we're stopped at a red light at 10th and Victoria, next to the MLCC. We look over to our side and there is a guy urinating on the sidewalk, oblivious to the world. He then shakes it off, zips it up and shuffles down the sidewalk.  
 
What really burns me is this has to be the third or fourth time in the past year that I have seen grown men pissing in public. The there was the time last summer when my dog started barking at a drunk guy taking a dump in the bushes near Stanley Park - in the middle of the afternoon!!!!  
 
I know, I should have called the cops, but the "offender" would be long gone by the time they got there, and its not as if he would be arrested or anything anyway, right?  
 
You see stuff like that and you just wonder what the heck is going on.
