I kind of remember something along the line when these were first introduced in the province.Please correct me if I am wrong.That the VLT's were going to be placed in the rural areas and Winnipeg would get the casino's.If memmory serves me close it was only about 2 years had passed then the province allowed WPG to have VLT's but they where not going to allow casino out in the rural area's at that time.Now I also thought at that time the goverment said they where going to turn a percent of the profits back to heath care but I could be getting this one mix up with the lottery tickets that where out way before both of these.Any ways the reason why I brought this up is because someone had posted in another discussion about our gas taxes not be used for roads like it was intended for when introduced and I don't doubt this one bit.Just the way the goverment keeps lieing to the public over and over and over.It would just be so refreshing to actually have a goverment do what it says it's going to do and carry through with there plans before they go messing with it before they actually accomplish there goal.But that would be a dream if not a nightmare. lol
