Just a heads up to anyone that might be going out in the next bit. There appears to have been a fairly big accident at the intersection of 20th & Richmond, just West of the mall. One car's front end looks to be completely crushed.  
 
The Eastbound lane on Richmond is blocked off at that intersection, Westbound cars are able to use one lane to get through.  
 
Here's to hoping that the ambulance on the scene was only there for precautionary reasons.
