Does anyone else still have only cable tv - not digital - with Westman & notice that on with some regularity, channels are off air or not switched over on time so I miss anything from 15 minutes to a half hour of a show.
I've figured it out & I think it averages close to once a week. I call there each time & sometimes, like last week, it was because their "feed" from Shaw had messed up. When I called yesterday, (because CTV was running on CBS instead of the CBS show) the advice I got was to go digital & these things wouldn't happen. Then, I was told that they would have to send out a technician to come into my home to find the problem - I'm still waiting. So, I'm guessing, with a "regular cable" package, I'm paying for interrupted service but would have uninterrupted service if I went digital? I'm just wondering if others have experienced similar problems.
