Brandon skate plaza this year?

There have been rumors going around that the skate plaza is finally going up this year. I for one am very excited being a local BMXer (bicycle motocross) that is tired of being kicked out of places for riding them, so i was wondering if anyone else has heard these rumors and if there is any truth to them.
