Possible use for abandoned church location...

I came across this article from Winnipeg and thought something like this might be a good use for the abandoned church at 11th and Lorne?
It has been out of use and up for sale for quite some time and will quickly become a derilict building. It is such a beautiful old structure and to maintain it's integrity while becoming a useful entity would be applauded. Just thought I would throw the idea out there and see what others think...
