I live in a apartment building and about once a week some throws their garbage so it's in the hall and stairway. First off I find this very disgusting and disrespectful. If I ever see the person I will definitely be telling them to clean it up and report them to the property manager. U just wanted to vent my anger and ask should I pick it up if I see it? There was diapers, chicken wing bones, cans etc. I don't think it's my responsibility but there was a van on the stairs that someone could trip on. Also the people who do make it to the garbage don't know how to put things in the correct bin. Even though there was a memo sent out last week. Anyways thank you for letting me vent!
