It has been weeks since we have received a copy of the Wheat City Journal at my home. I have spoken to other people who (like me) live in the core area and they say the same thing? They were assuming (incorrectly) that the Journal had gone out of business.  
 
Non-delivery (or sporadic delivery) of the Journal has been a problem in our neighbourhood for quite some time, but it has never been this bad.  
 
Are other people experiencing the same problem in their neighbourhoods?
