Steam cleaner for hard floors......

I want to purchase a steam cleaner for hard floors like laminate, ceramic etc......
If anyone has purchased one: what kind, and how do you think it compares to the good ole spray solution and microfiber cloth?
Any feedback (tips and tricks too!) would be greatly appreciated!
