I'm a 19 year old from Brandon and currently trying to find a job. I've applied at pizza places, construction companies, stores and other random places and haven't had a call back. The only reasons I can think of would be  
 
a) Lack of experience (I've only worked in jobs like pizza places, fast food, and telemarketing.)  
 
and  
 
b) People were hired before my resume was even looked at.  
 
I find it frustrating trying to find a job in this town. I'm a good worker and able to lift heavy objects. I can work any time of the day, any day of the week. Almost all construction jobs require either experience or a license. All I need is a full-time job that is enough to live on and I can't seem to find that.  
 
Does anyone have any input that might be helpful in my situation? I've already applied at most places on the jobbank website. Thanks in advance.
