Anyone following the classifieds over the last couple of weeks probably knew that the owner of the Senate Skate shop building on 18th street planned on demolishing the building to make way for a new development, which will include a new Senate location among other businesses.  
 
The demolition was done in parts. The building Senate was in was done in two parts, with the house to the North also to be brought down.  
 
I managed to take 16 minutes of video of the second stage of Senate's old building being brought down and have added it to this discussion (right-hand column) in two parts. If you don't want to watch the whole 16 minutes, the 6-minute second video has some of the more significant parts of the demolition along with a couple of brief interviews at the end.  
 
Best of luck to Jordan et all at Senate in preparing for their new digs. In the mean time they will be operating out of a location beside Ruckers.
