My City Of Brandon Sanitation Notice- I broke a bylaw!

Bylaw no 5863/20/91 to be exact.
The notice was in todays mailbox( Monday) from Thursday! It has 6 ready made crimes that I could have done.
Mine was "special" handwritten was
Styrofoam is NOT recyclable. They underlined not.
Yep I knew that and nope I did not put Styrofoam in.
There was newspapers/mags( lots ) and a beer can or two and a couple of pizza boxes. Thats it.
Lucky for myself there is no fine. Also my recycle bin is kept close to the house until pick up time so I doubt someone snuck it in. Maybe the wife did?? I take the loose recyles out as she bags everthing papers included so I doubt it .
So maybe between 6 am and pickup someone else did it but I wonder how the city can try to ding anyone in those areas where there is tons of them??
So anyways I will double check my recycle bin before I take it out because heaven forbid I do not want to go from being a scoflaw to a trouble maker!!
