Where to park?!?

I come home from work today and try to park outside my home on 20th street behind the mall. There are signs along the street saying all vehicles must be moved by 6am thursday.
I'm fine with that, roads need to be cleaned. So I go to park on Ottawa. Nope, that one's being cleaned too. OK, I'll park on 21. No I won't- cleaning.
22? nope.
24? nope.
Falcon Cres? nope.
Memorial Cres? nope.
Every little side street all the way to 26th is blocked off.
If I park in the mall parking lot, I'll get towed.
I think this is STUPID blocking off everything from 18th street to 26th street at once for cleaning. Leave at least a few streets until the next day!!
I guess they're just trying to find a way to give out more parking tickets, because I think that's BS. Meanwhile I have to park 6 blocks away from my house.
