Last night a 4.5% tuition fee raise was approved at BU, effective this coming school year. My understanding is that students who happen to have already paid their fees for next year will have to make a separate payment to make up the difference.
I don't think anyone is ever excited about a rate increase, but what are peoples' thoughts on this kind of bump? Too much? Too little? Good/bad timing?
