last night I saw a truck at a 4way stop, after stopping he proceeded to go through the intersection. The only problem with this is that a police car with his lights going was heading for this intersection. The police person had to hit his brakes to avoid hitting this truck. I have also seen an ambulance try and get across 18th and Richmond, with lights and sirens on, and no one on 18th gave this ambulance the right of way. Folks it doesn't matter if you have a green light or if you have already stopped for the stop sign, you must yield for all enmergency vehicles while they are showing lights with or without sirens, that is the law.
