happened on Sunday around 11am on the 500 block of Frederick Street. This happened in broad daylight, it seems any street north of Vic is like a skid row, no wonder the downtown core will never come alive again. I have never felt safe walking in the down core as a woman by myself, but now I guess I will extend the area I will not walk by myself, even in daylight hours.
