Which Brandon neighbourhood is the safest?

As an offshoot of another active discussion, it appears we have some folks that would like to debate the relative safety of the different areas of our city.
While incidents have been on record in every part of the city imaginable, this may be a good opportunity to explore our perceptions and their right-ness/wrongness.
Is there a certain area of the city that you feel the most safe in? Does your answer change based on whether it's day or night?
Does the nature of incidents (ie between people that were previously acquainted vs randomness) come into play?
