you said that the kids could start earlier at BG and have different recess and then you said they could "mix it up on the playground"?? Having separate recesses is insane at BG...it's open area, how distracting is that!! I agree with Sean about the DSFM. If you don't mind the kids starting at BG a 1/2 hour sooner then send them on the bus to Shilo since it's going out there anyway to bring english kids in. They can get the funding from the government. I don't think it's BSD's responsibility, sounds more like a private school to me. I said in another link that this school will also need EA's, custodians and cleaners, secretaries and maintenance workers of which very few speek french. If parents can't volunteer because they don't speek french then how do you plan to have workers in this school. You mentioned that 90% of the french kids are bused and the english kids have to learn to use the lights...hmmm
