Ignition Interlock Program

A family member is considering not to get one installed but others say different. Anyone have any experience with one. Would only be looking at 9 months so there's no point, just wait it out.
Would have to apply to the License Suspension Appeal Board $130 (heard you would need a lawyer is that true?? more $$$)
Interlock Admin Charge $50
Installation Charge $125
De-Installation Charge $25
Monitoring Charge (per month) $95
Are there other charges or updated costs???
