I've been assaulted at work, I am pressing charges on these fellows. They've had a contract that I've signed. They broke it, I have not, my chances of winning are in whose favor?  
 
I have been assaulted physically. I was assaulted verbally and physically by the same guy, and by another guy.  
 
I do not tolerate this, do I contact the labor board? Police? A lawyer?  
 
If you were in my situation in the past, who would you call first?  
 
I am not naming any names of who assaulted me and what business I've been assaulted at. I am very upset about this, I only stood up myself for justification on my behalf.  
 
This crew is very well recognized, go work for them, find them they'll be advertising soon.
