Holy crap Sunday drivers

We saw at 11:50 today a car totally on someones front lawn on its side today, and the police were just arriving.
Some one was taken by ambulance,
Then exactly at 1:40 on Richmond we arrived to see yet another vehicle a mini van flipped right over on it top there were the fire trucks just tuning down 13th.
we missed the actual flip by seconds.
There wasn't a second car involved (as it seemed)
What the hell are these people doing?????
