Note from BPS re railway trespassing

The cut and paste below comes from this morning's BPS releases...

Brandon Police Service would like to remind the public that is illegal to trespass on railway property. This includes walking or driving across railway tracks, except at designated crossings. Brandon Police service and CP Rail Police will be joining forces on Wednesday, July 29th, 2009, to monitor the area of the railway tracks that divide the city from north to south. Anyone caught trespassing will be charged under the Railway Act.
