Brandon's best employers?

As we all know, there are good employers and not-so-good employers. A good one is often the one with the understanding boss, creative incentives, or even just generally a progressive and exciting environment to be a part of.
Based on what you know or what you've heard from others, what do you believe to be some of Brandon and/or Westman's best employers? What Brandon business do you think would be fun or rewarding to work at?
Just a starting note that the intention of this thread isn't to slag the opposite type of business.. those businesses that you've heard are not-so-good employers.
