To the lady that Hit MY car...

this afternoon as I was attempting to merge onto 18th st (leaving Wal-mart) heading north....YOU HIT MY CAR, that's right you rear-ended ME!! There I just wanted to make that clear! And your concern for your car's damage (or lack of) over ME and my car was RUDE!! And what really got me was when you jumped into car and drove away shaking your head at me!!! Guess you shouldn't have been driving so close, and thank goodness there was no damage to my car!!
btw ebrandon - what are the rules on being rear-ended?? who is at fault - just want to have it straight in my mind, Thanks
