License plate

I was rear ended a couple of years and on 18th and Rosser. The woman quickly switched lanes and took off. I did get her license plate number. There was a tiny bit of damage. We did go to the BPS because it was a hit and run. The police pulled up all her info from the license plate number we gave them. She was fined and she also had to pay our deductible. There are NO exceptions to rear ending people. No matter what the reason is, if you rear end someone, YOU are 100% at fault!
