But what about the city. This quote was taken from the Brandon sun "In reality, the city does have a bylaw on the books that requires property owners keep all trees, branches, hedges and shrubs trimmed to a safe height.
If a person is found to be in violation of that bylaw, a person could be fined anywhere from $200 to $1,000."
If this is the case then I think every property owner that has a tree on the city boulevard where the grass grows and they are expected to cut should send the city a "fine" for the unkept tree , or bush on that said property.
What does everyone else think?
