Petro gas shortage

Just a little tidbit from Star's noon hour news...
Apparently Petro Canada has been having a gas shortage. Trans Canada location received some recently but the noon hour news reported that 18th street is still out. The shortage is apparently because of a non-functioning refinery in Alberta
