Low-flush toilet rebate in Brandon?

As many might know, Winnipeg voted yesterday to impliment a $60 rebate for anyone that installs a dual-flush toilet and recycles their old toilet. While there is an up-front cost for the city, they expect to recoup that cost in reduced sewage treatment costs.
