Well im finally at the point where i thought i would see if some brandonites could give me some advice. I have a three year old and bedtime has officially turned into the worst part of the day. Ever since she was born we have never had to fight with her to go to bed she was a dream to put to sleep all the way up till just after she turned three. she will try everything and anything to not go to bed now it has turned into full on tantrums screaming and screaming, we try to talk calmly to her and its like she doesnt even listen she just screams,she gets so mad and so upset she shakes its crazy i cant even believe my little girl has turned into this. Last night was a fight for an hour and a half. we close the door in her room wait five minutes ask if shes done she just keeps screaming it never stops for the whole hour. even tried a chart with magnets on it for when she goes to bed good she gets to put a happy face magnet up, same with any other responsibility she does well put toys away share etc. doesnt seem to work. dont get me wrong at first i thought maybe it was from the many recent changes our family has gone through, i had a new baby 8 months ago and shes been a little off since then, we moved to a different place same house different place, and i started a daycare all within the span of about 5 months. Im about to throw my hands up in the air and just let her scream it out i dont know what else to try. any advice??? im willing to try anything now.
