No German pavillion at Governor generalls festival?? Abiut

About a hour ago on CBC there was a news snippet about the German Pavillion this year at the Feb festival here in Brandon!. It sounded like there will not be one this year!! Still listening - no updates on that as they promised. Is it true??
They were about the busiest site! I know they were struggling with lack of space but.
anyways has anyone heard this or did I hear wrong??
