I'm really interested about knowing more of the financial details regarding the pipeline thats being built through our community recently.  
 
My understanding is that it is a older gas line thats being refurbished to transport oil from Albert oil fields to either Chicago or Texas or both. What I am really curious about is, just who is it who is paying for this project. Private business, the federal Gov't of Canada, or the Alberta Gov't. Being that it is to transport Alberta oil to its markets.  
 
And how is the cost of this project, as well as its on going maintenance, recouped by the transport of the oil to its market place?  
 
Does anyone know anything in regards to the financial detail of this project?
