First time poster...so be patient with me.  
 
I have a son that is being bullied at school so bad that he would rather say he wants to die, than go to school. He is the only kid at the school who has a lock on his locker cause others go in and steal stuff. I asked him why he won't tell the teacher and he tells me cause they will just pick on me more...  
 
Where is the no bullying policy? I thought there was NO TOLERANCE for such behaviour?  
 
I am going to the school today to lay all my cards on the table...fix this and abid by your policy and hold kids accountable for their actions or have a lawsuit on your hands.  
 
I am sure that We are not the only parents dealing with bullying..but what we want to know is how many of you have gone to the school and talked til you were blue in the face to get the bullying to stop and they do nothing, gotten no where.  
 
I am very serious about obtaining a lawyer and would like to know...if anyone else would stand behind me and make not only the bullies, but the teachers and schools, and school division accountable too.  
 
We entrust them with Our Children and they are NOT protecting them.
