Police are continuing to receive calls of telephone fraud where a person posing as an attorney calls a seniors home claiming that a nephew of the called party was at a wedding and got into an accident, and to send money. These calls are a hoax and an attempt for someone trying to steal money. If you have received a call of this nature please contact the Brandon Police Service. Protect yourself: and confirm the information before sending any funds
