carpool website?

just wondering if residents outside of Brandon would use a car pool website? or car pool at all for that matter. I noticed that a lot of people commute from Rivers and Minnedosa and Virden. Should Brandon or someone have a car pool website that allows you to make arrangememts with others in your town to come in to Brandon?
