A flipside to the threads about rude service/rude customers (and they're both out there, I know folks!)  
 
I was at a "temporary" store in the mall picking up a winter coat, and the two young ladies working there could teach a lesson or two to some other, more permanent mall fixtures' employees. These two ladies were grabbing as many coats as they could to try to find THE one that I would fall in love with but wouldn't cost more than I asked. They did so joking around, helping everyone else with the same level of service at the same time. These two young ladies will do well no matter what careers they end up in - good job girls!
