whats is wrong with manatoba drivers

Are all you people in such a hurry that you have to ride everyones ass or is this normal in this province that everyone in manitoba is completly stupid Here is an example: today this guy and his little boy in a car almost pulled out in front off a van and almost caused a huge accident and then this same guy rides my ass for 2 blocks before turning. What is up with you poeple? get back to me and explain your selfves
